Insurance-Group Benefit Sales

Currently seeking experienced group benefit sales professional with a proven track record to sell group benefit products to our existing Commercial lines clients as well as generating new business. The individual will be responsible for setting appointments with prospects, prospecting lead tracking and follow up, attending meetings and delivering sales presentations to prospects and referral sources, developing and delivering proposals, and actively networking and prospecting new business opportunities. Experience marketing to Human Resource professionals, CFO's, CEO's a plus. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence, motivation, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, strong telephone skills and presentation skills. College degree highly desirable. Will entertain candidates without benefits sales experience if have a successful, proven background. Human resource experience also helpful.

Executive Assistant/Secretary

We need an Administrative Assistant with good organizational, computer and communication skills to support the Senior Management team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Provide support, both business and personal, to the President to ensure smooth and consistent workflow.

-Coordinate calendar and travel arrangements/itinerary.

-Format and edit letters, reports and other correspondence from the draft stage to client ready work.

-Advanced knowledge of Word, strong Excel and outlook.

- Support Senior Management with operation and administrative functions.

-Organize office outings and functions.

-Responsible for facilities, liaison with IT consultant, phone system administration, office equipment purchasing, contracts, etc.

-Previous experience required.
