Executive Assistant
Currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President and Senior Management staff. Responsibilities include providing support, both business and personal, to the President to ensure smooth and consistent workflow, as well as managing the company calendar, making both domestic and international travel arrangements, maintaining company contact lists, attendance tracking, liaison to the computer and telephone consultants, resident and non-resident insurance licensing, plan company and client functions, oversee receptionist and provide back-up, and other duties as necessary. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to multi-task, have exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, high energy, as well as handle confidential matters and have a sense of urgency when necessary. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint; have 5-10 years experience supporting Senior Management; insurance experience a plus; college degree or secretarial studies preferred.
Insurance-Sales
Currently seeking experienced sales professionals with a proven track record to sell Business Insurance products to prospects. The individual will be responsible for setting appointments with prospects, prospecting lead tracking and follow up, attending meetings and delivering sales presentations to prospects and referral sources, developing and delivering proposals, and actively networking and prospecting new business opportunities. Experience marketing to C-level executives a plus. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence, motivation, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, strong telephone skills and presentation skills. College degree highly desirable. Will entertain candidates without insurance sales experience if have a successful, proven background. Experienced insurance sales people, with or without a book of business, are also welcome.
